I am a handsome red Shiba cross, with a look full of character and a strong personality 🐶

⚖️ I weigh around 20 kg.

My story

I was pulled out of the pound at the very last minute, when my days were numbered. Today, I am safe in a boarding kennel on the island of La Réunion, where I am waiting for a family to finally give me my chance ❤️

• 🩺 I am dewormed and treated for parasites, vaccinated and microchipped.
• I will need to be neutered.

I am a little one with character, probably shaped by my past. I still need time to learn to trust and to find my bearings. With patience, consistency and kindness, I will be able to make progress and truly blossom 🫶

🐾 I can be a bit dominant with other dogs, especially males.
🍖 I also guard my resources, but that is a normal reaction given what I have been through (I went without food, and now that I can eat my fill, I keep it all for myself. ☺️ It fades with time), a point my future family will need to take into account.

I need adopters who know dogs well, who can understand me, respect my pace and calmly support me as I grow.

Behind my strong temperament is a dog who also deserves to find his place and finally know the stability of a home ❤️

I am currently on the island of La Réunion and I dream of meeting the family who will see all my potential.
